Established in 1977, the festival is intended to foster intercultural understanding and showcases innovative films from around the globe in both friendly and competitive categories. The artist, Alain Levesque, draws inspiration from art deco and Italian futurism in his designs. He is now known primarily for his automobile posters and illustrations and his work has been included in exhibitions and publications on the subject worldwide.
This poster is in excellent condition and ready to be framed. This poster is available at l'Affichiste thanks to Marc Choko, Professor Emeritus at the Université de Québec à Montréal (UQAM) School of Design. A long time collector of posters, Choko has curated exhibitions and published on the subject since the 1980s.
