The Compagnie des chemins de fer de l'Ouest (CF de l'Ouest), often referred to simply as L'Ouest or Ouest, was an early French railway company.
In an effort to compel travelers to use the train for pleasure (and later for business), railways hired artists to create posters and postcards (like this pair), which illustrated some of the landmarks or places of interest at the destination.
These postcards are vintage, non-reproduction pieces of ephemera that have been archivally framed. Ready to hang.
