About the poster: Yves Brayer was a French painter known for his paintings of everyday life. He was born in Versailles. He studied in Paris at the academies in Montparnasse starting in 1924, and then at the École des Beaux-Arts with Lucien Simon. This poster was for an exhibition of his work from May 25 - June 8, 1972 at the Gallery of Paris.
Poster is in very good condition overall condition with some minor ruffling (please see photos) and ready to be framed. Wonderful example of mid-century art, perfect for almost any interior.
