A chromolithographic menu, in excellent condition. From a collection of 12 menus illustrating different regions of the world by Charles Heidsieck Champagne Company from Reims, France. In 1867, Charles Heidsieck (founded in 1851) acquired a wooded park and its vast maze of chalk pits, more than eight kilometres of galleries, located thirty metres underground. Since 2015, these chalk pits have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They house several million bottles, which rest patiently to perfect their maturation for at least four years... sometimes more than forty ! (champagne.fr)

A rare find, with a perfect provenance. For serious collectors or those who appreciate classic Art Nouveau style.
